Long Branch Residential Preserve

Local Amenities

Long Branch Residential Preserve is located just 12 scenic miles south of historic Chattanooga, Tennessee, a mid-sized city undergoing a modern-day renaissance that has brought it national and international acclaim in recent years. The renowned Tennessee Aquarium & IMAX Theater has spawned a rejuvenation of Chattanooga's waterfront that is the envy of cities throughout the country, other downtown attractions including the children’s Creative Discovery Museum, the Hunter Museum of American Art, and the annual June festival Riverbend. Even closer are the “twin towns” of Lookout Mountain that straddle the Tennessee-Georgia border, their long-time tourist attractions including Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline Railway.

But the greatest attraction, of course, is Long Branch itself, its quaint informality exceeded only by its quiet charm and thoughtful design, not to mention its surrounding demographics. For however tranquil its mountain setting, Long Branch lies within a 2 ½ hour drive of some twelve million people—including the cities of Atlanta (100 miles), Birmingham (120 miles), and Nashville (140 miles)—and within a day’s drive of a third of the nation’s population. Hardly remote, then, Long Branch is a little piece of paradise nestled in one of the most vibrant areas of the country, as a part of as it is apart from, and thus the best of both worlds.
