Leaving things alone means letting them be what they are, as they are, in and of themselves. But it does not mean doing without. Rather, it means doing more with less, that the richness of life can be enjoyed with minimal impact on the natural environment. This, in essence, is our philosophy. And it is our mission, our passion, and our promise to put our philosophy into practice, developing to preserve not just the land within our borders — no less than 50% of which will always be placed in conservation easements — but the Earth as a whole, assuring that our built environments complement, rather than
"A man is rich in proportion to the number of things he can afford to let alone."

com-promise, their surroundings. Long Branch Residential Preserve, our first project, demonstrates this commitment in preserving fully 75% (300 of the 400 acres are in a permanent conservation easement) and is con-tiguous to land protected by the Lula Lake Land Trust. This is the nature, literally, of the Residential Preserve concept, and we invite you to join us in making it a reality. |
